  • Donor Engagement Associate

    Undue is seeking a strategic, personable, data-driven, creative, passionate, and outgoing, individual to lead the organization’s growing crowdfunding efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy, the Donor Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing compelling grassroot campaigns that drive financial support and capture the passion of Undue Medical Debt’s community of supporters. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of these campaigns, including interacting with donors & internal staff to provide high- level engagement and successful campaign goals.

    In addition to these core duties, they will provide daily administrative support as needed, helping to ensure the Philanthropy team operates efficiently. This is a full-time hybrid (will work in the office 3 days/week) or remote position.

  • Constituent Liaison

    Undue Medical Debt is looking for a Constituent Liaison to engage and lift up constituents of the nonprofit’s medical debt relief program for feedback, storytelling, and research purposes. Primary responsibilities include carrying out internal functions including but not limited to Project Management, Constituent Engagement, and Reporting. The Constituent Liaison will report to the Program Manager of Constituent Services and work closely with leadership of the Marketing and Communications team.

    It is the responsibility of the Constituent Services team to foster healthy and equitable internal and external ecosystems that center constituents, work hard to stay organized around their engagement, and meet the needs and objectives of Undue. Undue’s Constituent Liaison will be rigorous about maintaining organization and direction to measure the impact of our work through constituent engagement. This role is best for someone who demonstrates a balance of strategic thinking, interpersonal finesse, strong written and verbal skills, creativity, and experience in managing projects.
